Shiny Jirachi can come from the North American Pokémon Colosseum Bonus Disc, European/Australian versions of Pokémon Channel, or ended event distributions. The two GameCube routes still work locally with matching original hardware, but after Bank ends no new specimen from them can reach HOME.
