Transfer an Alolan Raichu with Volt Tackle for Scarlet/Violet

Why this matters
Volt Tackle is learned by Pichu or Pikachu, but no Switch game allows evolving that Pikachu directly into an Alolan Raichu. An Alolan Raichu with Volt Tackle must therefore be transferred from Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, or Ultra Moon. Only then can Pokémon Scarlet or Violet access this move history through the Move Reminder feature. After Pokémon Bank shuts down, this transfer route disappears for new specimens; Alolan Raichu with Volt Tackle that have already been transferred remain in the modern ecosystem.

Still available
Obtain a Pikachu with Volt Tackle by breeding it from a Pichu in Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, or Ultra Moon, and evolve it there normally into an Alolan Raichu. Then transfer it through Pokémon Bank.
