Register the shiny Pokédex entry for Victini in HOME
Shiny Pokédex entry
Why this matters
In Pokémon Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, or Ultra Moon, the QR Scanner could be used to flag this Pokédex entry so it carries over as a shiny sighting when connecting to Pokémon HOME. This only registers the shiny Pokédex entry in Pokémon HOME — it does not give you an actual playable shiny specimen.

Secure an event Victini from Black/White in an unusual Poké Ball
Poké Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball, Master Ball, Net Ball, Dive Ball, Nest Ball, Repeat Ball, Timer Ball, Luxury Ball, Premier Ball, Dusk Ball, Heal Ball, or Dream Ball · Form
Why this matters
The event-exclusive Victini from Pokémon Black and White may have been caught in one of thirteen different Poké Ball types — from the Poké Ball to the Dream Ball. This event distribution is no longer newly accessible; such a Victini can only come from a collection you already own or a transfer that has already been completed.
